zhè gè bú shì wǒ de .

Is it yours?

nà shì shéi de?
Then, whose is this?

wǒ zhī dào . zhè shì Mary de.
I know, this is Mary's.

Attention: the Pinyin for "it" is zhè, not zhèi as in the video.
