This is a famous folk song in China. (Maybe not anymore, though, for the younger people.) It is sung in a type of folk music.

The title is "shuí bù shuō án jiā xiāng hǎo".

shuí : question word for people, namely who, here it means someone

bù : negation word
shuō : say

"shuí" and "bù" together mean a double negation, here it means "all"

jiā xiāng : homeland

án : a dialect word for my / I

hǎo : good.

All together the title means: Everyone says the homeland is good.
