This is a video intended for Chinese children, so they say everything in Chinese, it's especially difficult at the beginning. But the bulk of it are only the initials, vowels and practices about tones.

At the beginning the girl says:

xiǎo péng yǒu, xiàn zài ràng wǒ men lái xué xí....

péng yǒu : friend(s)
xiǎo : (concerning the age of the friends), mostly this means "small"

xiàn zài : now

xué xí : learn
