Let´s put the focus to what the singer sings. (Ignore what she said at the begin.) The useful words and phrases from the video:

xǐ huān tīng gē, gǎn rén de gē :
I like listening to music, the moving music.
tīng gē: to listen to music
xǐ huān: to like
gǎn rén de: moving

tā ràng wǒ jué de ài shì duì de. :
It makes me believe: love is right.
jué de: to feel/ think ( in this context I think to believe is better. )

shuì bú zháo: can´t fall asleep
xǐng zhe: awake

fù chū yě kě néng kàn bú dào jíe guǒ: The good results are still not to see despite the efforts.

fù chū: efforts ; jíe guǒ: result

rén zǒng shì bù néng tài róng yì gǎn dòng.:
One should not be moved too easily.

tài róng yì gǎn dòng: to be moved too easily
